ACTIVATE CLUB LAUNCH GUIDE
ACTIVATE CLUB LAUNCH GUIDE
The tools you will need to start an Activate Club!
PRAY
At Be The One, our top priority is to seek God first. We believe that when you do, He will use you to impact the hearts of students walking the halls of your school. Begin by praying for favor with your school administration, boldness to recruit leaders and club members, and anointing as you share the weekly content provided by Be The One.
2. Catch the vision
As an Activate Club Leader, you’re called to be a Be The One culture carrier—someone who lives out the six core values both inside and outside of the club. To help you lead effectively, we encourage you to attend one of our local mission trips before starting your club. This experience will equip you to build a strong team, gain support from your school, and confidently invite students to your events.
3. gather support
Launching a successful Activate Club takes a team! You’ll need student leaders, a teacher sponsor, and supportive parents to build a club that thrives. Don’t worry if it takes time—building a strong foundation is worth it. When others partner with you, you’ll have more energy, creativity, and impact in your school.
Student Leadership Team: Start with 2–3 passionate students who share the vision.
Teacher Sponsor: Find a staff member willing to support and host your club on campus.
Parent Support: Recruit parents to help with logistics, encouragement, and prayer.

4. GET APPROVAL
To launch your Activate Club, you’ll need permission from your school administration.
Present the Activate Club Proposal to your principal or school counselor.
Since faith-based clubs must be student-led, you will need to take the lead in presenting the proposal—not your teacher sponsor.
That said, bringing your teacher sponsor along for support can be a great idea and show your school you’re serious and prepared.
5. MAKE THE PLAN
Once you're ready to launch, it's time to get organized!
Start by filling out the Activate Student Leader Sign-Up Form. After approval, you’ll receive an account with access to Activate Club Resources—this includes content, schedules, game ideas, and more.
After getting the green light from both your school administration and Be The One, set the details: choose a meeting location, day, and time.
Most clubs meet once a week, either before or after school, typically in the sponsor’s classroom.
6. ACTIVATE CLUB LAUNCH PARTY
You’ve made it! The groundwork is done—now it’s time to celebrate and launch your club.
Your next mission: recruit for your Launch Event. It’s up to you to get the word out using every tool available—personal texts, school announcements, word of mouth, flyers, social media—whatever it takes!
Remember: if you're not intentional about inviting people, they won’t know it’s happening. Promotion is key to a successful launch!
